Privacy policy

Information processed

There is no account, and we do not ask for your name or address. If you email us, we use the message to reply and check the point you raised. We do not ask for or accept My Number, residence card numbers, passport numbers, bank details, medical records or application documents. The hosting provider may process your IP address, user agent, requested URL and access time to deliver and secure the site or investigate faults. Retention follows the provider’s operational settings.

Program finder answers

Finder answers are processed only in your browser. They are not sent to a server, stored, included in hosting access logs, or supplied as advertising or analytics parameters.

Email contact

Messages sent to support@sterhell.com are used to reply and check the issue you raise.

Advertising and analytics (currently off)

No ads, ad requests or analytics are running. AdSense will remain disabled until Google approves the site and a Google-certified IAB TCF v2.3 CMP has been configured and tested. AdSense is the only advertising service the operator plans to integrate directly.

Cookies and consent

Before ads are enabled, a Google-certified IAB TCF v2.3 CMP will be configured and tested in all four languages. The site’s local preference control is not that CMP. For traffic that requires a consent notice, including the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, no ad request is sent if an adequate consent interface is unavailable in the relevant language. Where it is available, the choices recorded by the CMP are followed.

External links

We link to official sources and other external sites. Those sites handle information under their own policies.

Security

We keep the site free of unnecessary personal data. Even so, no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Revisions

When this policy changes, the revision date on this page is updated. Last revised: 28 August 2026.

Information used for Google advertising

When ads are enabled, Google and other parties involved in delivery may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses, the content or context of the current page, the requested URL, coarse location and other identifiers. These may be used for contextual ad selection, frequency control, measurement, aggregate reporting, security and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads may still use this contextual information and these identifiers, but profile- and behavior-based personalization is disabled. Finder answers and contact-email content are not passed to advertising.
